CAN I BUY MULTIPLE PRODUCTS AT ONCE?

Yes, you can order multiple products at once. Simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

As soon as you place an order:
You will be redirected to the order confirmation page on our website.
You will also receive an Order Confirmation email on your registered e-mail address with the details of your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Address changes are not allowed once the order is placed.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track the latest shipping status of your order on your mobile device or computer. Simply visit "Your orders" and click the "Track" button next to your order to get a direct link to your shipping information. You will be able to see your shipping carrier, tracking number, estimated delivery time, and latest shipping status on the page.
If a tracking number isn't available yet, then our warehouse may still be processing your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for warehouse processing. We will notify you when your tracking number is ready and your order has been shipped.

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at for an update on your tracking.

MY ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN OR DAMAGED WHAT CAN I DO?

If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to . We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carrier’s responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.
